Client Growth & Partnerships Lead
Mayker is looking for a Client Growth & Partnerships Manager to drive new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and industry engagement. You’re a natural connector, skilled at building relationships, identifying opportunities, and structuring scalable growth initiatives. You thrive in business development, outreach, and visibility efforts—ensuring Mayker is actively expanding its network and securing high-value partnerships.
The ideal fit is someone who is both strategic and hands-on, comfortable developing initiatives and executing them. You can take a broad idea—like growing our presence in a key market—and turn it into an actionable, measurable plan. You know how to balance structured outreach with genuine industry engagement, and you’re constantly looking for ways to create new opportunities without relying on cold sales tactics.
This role is outward-facing, meaning you’ll spend most of your time connecting with partners, leading outreach efforts, and ensuring Mayker is positioned in the right spaces, with the right people, at the right time. That said, when it comes to tracking leads, structuring partnership programs, and reporting insights, you’re just as capable of diving into the details to ensure growth efforts are well-organized and effective.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
If we can underscore anything here, it’s that this role is about scaling growth in a way that feels organic and intentional. Below is an overview of the key areas of focus:
Business Development & Industry Engagement
Drive new business in a way that leads to measurable revenue growth.
Lead structured outreach efforts for DMCs, venues, and corporate clients—tracking conversion rates and optimizing strategies based on results.
Develop and execute inbound sales strategies, ensuring Mayker Reserve members, referrals, and industry partners actively convert into bookings.
Track and optimize lead conversion efforts, ensuring we’re measuring what’s working and adjusting accordingly.
Actively participate in community and industry engagement, fostering relationships that lead to long-term partnerships and visibility.
Partnerships & Scalable Growth Initiatives
Nurture and expand scalable lead generation programs (e.g., the Ambassador Program) to increase referrals and inbound inquiries.
Identify and build high-value venue partnerships, positioning Mayker as a preferred provider in key markets.
Manage activations and experiences to drive relationship growth and brand awareness (e.g., showcases, pop-ups, styled shoots, sponsorships).
Ensure partnerships translate into active revenue streams, not just brand visibility.
Tracking & Optimization
Monitor and report on inbound lead trends, ensuring we’re proactively improving outreach and conversion strategies.
Develop structured partnership models to create repeatable and scalable revenue opportunities rather than relying on one-off relationships.
Provide insights on industry trends, partnerships, and market positioning to inform strategic decisions
REVENUE PERFORMANCE
Success in this role is measured by:
New revenue generated from partnerships, inbound leads, and structured outreach efforts.
Lead conversion rates—ensuring a consistent flow of qualified bookings.
Number of new partnerships that result in booked business.
Performance of scalable growth programs (e.g., Ambassador Program)
This is a business development role—there will be key revenue and growth benchmarks to hit each quarter.
